AGM Motion
An ammendment to an existing derbyshire centre rule concerning the use of generators was put to the floor for debate at the 2010 AGM. After some debate an ammended motion as detailed below received a majority vote in favour of being accepted. The accepted motion will now replace the current Derbyshire centre generator rule with immediate effect. Details of the new rules surrounding the use of generators are as follows: 1. Generators can only be used between the hours of 10:00hrs and 12:00hrs and again between the hours of 16:00hrs and 18:00hrs 2. Owners must be in attendance at the caravans at all times whilst the generator is in use 3. No industrial type or noisy generators are to be used (this will be at the discretion of the marshal's and committee members on each rally) 4. Generators will be allowed for the efficient running of social events or for medical reasons (subject to the marshal's permsission) |
