During 2005 / 2006 the Centre competed the Derwent Valley
Heritage Walk. The walk was 55 mile long and ran from
the Ladybower Reservoir at Bamford all the way to the other end of
the river at Shardlow. The walk ran through some of the most
attractive countryside in Derbyshire, and for much of the way is
in a World Heritage site.
